Backstories appreciates your support, that’s why we take precautions by carefully packaging each book manually. Once the tracking number is sent via email we are not responsible for undelivered or damaged packages. All items are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
can I get a signed copy?
Yes, when you buy the 'Extra Limited Edition'. or, you can come to one of the future events.
delivery time & shipping
Once your order is fulfilled, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for domestic shipments and 2-4 weeks for international orders.
If you aren't able to choose your preferred country, please contact us by sending an email to info@backstoriesbook.com.
taxes & duties
Import taxes and duties are not included in the price of the book. If you are ordering from outside Europe, you may be responsible for additional import taxes, duties, and fees levied by your local customs authority. Please check with your country's customs office for more information.
return policy
Backstories is a limited edition, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, no changes or cancellations can be made.
lost or damaged packages
If your book arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We may replace the book based on our review.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
double check your info
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at our offices, and will incur a reshipment fee.
